RESUMEN DE LA CARRERA Ingeniero de Sistemas altamente calificado. Los roles desempeñados incluyen un Investigador Universitario, Ingeniero de Soporte, Analista de SAP / R3, TQM SAP y Coordinador de Servicios SAP. Certificación SAP en módulos (Base y FI año 2000). Trabajé en la compañía fabricante SAP AG, como líder de Enterprise Support y servicio de soporte SAP a cuentas claves en varias empresas en Latinoamérica y Europa, siendo Ingeniero de Soporte de la Mesa estándar de SAP AG con base en Madrid España. Otras actividades estuvieron asociadas con la incorporación de nuevos negocios de SAP en labores de preventa, atendiendo todas las necesidades para las cuentas asignadas también como Technical Quality Manager (TQM), Gerente de Calidad Técnica. Posteriormente, como la encargada de gestionar la creación de un equipo de servicios de soporte SAP, en la empresa SONDA del Ecuador desde el 2012, para activar el estatus de VAR y el certificado de Enterprise Support de manera bi-anual desde el 2012 hasta el 2021, con la obtención y mantenimiento del primer Certificado de PCOE SAP del Ecuador. Allí ocupe el rol de Coordinadora de Servicios, usando la Plataforma SAP Solution Manager. Como parte de mis labores realice también la creación de usuarios en el ITSM y SAP, configuración y automatización de los indicadores SLAs por Cliente y por contrato. Analítica de casos, control de uso de horas por contrato de consultoría de cliente además del control de SLAs y KPIs con el uso de la herramienta de Business Intelligence Power BI y el uso de dashboards para presentación de datos (Descriptiva, Predictiva, Prescriptiva, Cognitiva, Madurez Digital Valor al negocio), además de la realización de propuestas para proyectos y licitaciones de ventas SAP. Como Coordinadora SAP ejecute la dirección y seguimiento de incidentes con un equipo de consultores SAP a mi cargo, para proveer soluciones a los clientes tanto en contratos de consultoría, como en el contrato Enterprise Support para clientes indirectos, dada mi experiencia integral en SAP. En Sonda se contaba con 28 clientes que eran atendidos a nivel de Enterprise Support y Soporte Funcional siguiendo las mejores prácticas de SAP, trabajando como la coordinadora y punto de contacto entre los consultores y clientes de SAP Sonda, y la compañía matriz SAP AG. Actualmente realizando diversos proyectos como Consultora Independiente en el área de soporte SAP y en el área de Inteligencia de negocios herramienta Power BI.
