As a SAP consultant, I've been involved in implementation projects and maintenance (private and public sector), dealing essentially with payroll matter in large entities as OECD, EADS, Pfizer, General Motor, Mondelez international, Solvay, CNRS (French Agency for Scientific Research), Stanley Black and Decker, Cadbury, euroAPI, Koniambo Nickel SAS, Unilever, L'Oreal, Alten, MFO, Westinghouse, etc.... Having worked in France, India, Morocco, Spain and Argentina, I am aware of cross-cultural management. I utterly understand the impacts of offshore organizations and how delivering projects and services. I am managing a team of +70 consultants having a strong focus on PY Implementation. The scope encompasses Europe, Latam and Intergovernmental Organizations having specific PY rules (OECD, MFO,..) I've developed myself several ad-hoc SAP and ECP PY solutions for countries without SAP molga.
