Hi! I’m Diogo and I’m from Portugal. I’m 36 and I’ve been living in Barcelona for more than 8 years. A city I fell in love with and where I feel happy to live. I had the opportunity to start to work in a contact center of a very prosperous company of moto renting where I could develop an excellent level of Spanish. This way, I currently speak fluently Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Later, I moved to a consultant company to a more attractive position. I went to the Polytechnic Lisbon University, and I am graduated from the Nautical University. This Bachelor's aims, especially, transport management and logistics, give a practical experience in supply chain management, port management, Financial Management, and Investment Analysis. Previously, I’ve also studied IT in middle grade, which has provided some skills, teamwork, and communication to other levels. In my current work as SAP and VIM consulting, I’ve been working from analysis to maintenance and support. I help our clients with their supplier invoice management processes through the OpenText ™ VIM solution. In my day-to-day tasks, I am expected to be proactive in problem management, developing procedures and documentation to optimize the service.
