I provided remote technical support in English to my colleagues in the US and India, installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, remediating, and resolving issues on vCenter, ESXi host servers, Windows and Linux virtual machine servers. Diagnosing and opening support tickets with the hardware vendor (Cisco) to replace failure devices (CPU, DIMM, Fan, PSU, and Systemboard) while at the same time had to coordinate maintenance windows with the app owner / server owner and, Datacenter team to remediate disruptions or issues as soon as possible. All above under best practices, company policies and vendor recommendations. I am familiar with the Cisco platform with M4 and M5 series. I have experience with their installation, configuration, diagnosis, and remediation. Firmware upgrades of IO Modules, servers, Fabric Interconnect as well. I have scripting skills with powerShell and powerCLI to get reports and automate configurations in vmware environments and Cisco technology. I'm familliar with ESXi host servers’ administration and upgrade at Nutanix technology.
