I'm a senior Performance & Goals/Compensation consultant with over 20 end to end projects as lead consultant. My main focus is to deliver the best solution possible by understanding and challenging all aspects of current processes in the company. I try to provide market best practices as well as out of the box ideas. I worked as a software developer for many years before moving to the HR consulting business. This background helps me approach problems in a systemic way and to provide a different point of view.

Very qualified by participating in various SAP Support and Implementations projects, including SAP SD, SAP IS-U and operating in SAP integration projects with legacy system. Demonstrates an excellent understanding of not only the SAP technology landscape, SD integration with other modules such as MM, PP, WM and FI, but also technical understanding at ABAP level. Possesses an outstanding ability to debug code, LSMW and Queries, SAP communication such as EDI’s and IDOC´s. Many years of practical experience for consulting firms like Accenture, Delloite, Everis, CGI and ROFF. Is analytical in a problem-solving environment, showcases excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works organized and is a fast learner. Currently deepening and broadening its SAP knowledge by taking a SAP S/4HANA course.
