Mi labor consiste en brindar soporte remoto proactivo a nuestros clientes. Realizar guardias de consultoría para tareas puntuales y fuera de horario y resolver incidentes de Nivel 1 o bien decidir el escalamiento al Nivel 2 de consultoría.
