In this role, I need to partner with the research team of central and southern Europe to support their explicit and direct needs, but also build and lead global projects in collaboration with the Biostatistics group in North America to better investigate more complex questions. The process of improving plants or animals is very stable and robust and delivers financial results. But it is also expected to grow and deliver faster.
